Why I Decided To Study Software Engineering.

Growing up my family taught me many things. Work hard, I seen my dad get up every morning no matter how bad he didn’t want to go in. Listen, when someone is speaking give them your undivided attention and actually listen to what they are saying. Improve, you can always be better, for yourself and others around you. The reason I wanted to study software engineering is a little bit of all that mixed together.

The love for helping others is why I’m drawn to software engineering. Making an application for those who are out there putting in work so that maybe their day is a little bit easier because of my application. Listening to what people want and need. Those closest to the problem most likely have the solution to it. Always listen. Improving myself every single day to get better, improving my application, improving my relationships with those who use my application. Never stop learning and improving.

I believe my love for helping other will make me a great software engineer. It will take a lot of hard work and there will be ups and downs. But I will post another blog one day and the title will be “Why My Love For People Made Me A Great Software Engineer”.
